An Elliptical Hoop and Petticoat

My elliptical petticoat made from the Laughing Moon Hoops and Bustles patterns. I love the shape of this, and it went together rather easily. The only problem I had was I made my normal size and it fit very closely over the hips. I ended up having to take the pieces apart and re-sew them using a very small seam allowance.

I used the bustle pad in the pattern as well and attached it to the inside of the waistband. This made the skirt stand out just a little more in back.
